I absolutely love Crab Cakes. Whenever I see them on the menu when I eat out I just have to get them. I have always wanted to try making them myself and I finally found a recipe through Pinterest that looked easy and painless to make. So here are my very first crab cakes.
Of course I had to tweak the recipe to make it my own. I used ranch dressing instead of mayonnaise, spicy honey mustard instead of dijon, seasoning salt from Barbados instead of Old Bay Seasoning, and my Panko was Italian style. I have to say that they came out wonderful and were very delicious. Sheldon asked if I was making them again next weekend. Now if that is not the seal of approval I don't know what is.
